Snagged after second wearingNov 17, 2008
By dcc These snagged the second time I wore them, and it wasn't a little snag. I just went to pull them up and a huge snag appeared. They are very thin to begin with and they don't provide much support in the leg area. They do relieve a little of the strain on your back, but other than that I would not recommend these to someone who is looking to prevent vericose veins or strain on their legs during pregnancy. If you are a regular pantyhose wearer and are just looking for maternity pantyhose these may work.

I have several pairs of Spanx and Mama Spanx. In my opinion, they run too easily, and at $20 a pop, that's expensive.

By DCLawBabe These pantyhose are great for everyday use during pregnancy. They are sheer thru the leg, but with good (not tight) support thru the mid-section and thighs. Very similar to other spanx items. As with any hosiery, there is the risk of runs and snags, but these hose are still very good for the mama-to-be who simply must have quality hosiery in her wardrobe. Also, the hose are not too heavy, so they could be worn comfortably (at least as comfortably as *any* hosiery can be worn) during the warm summer months.
