All products will be shipped as soon as possible subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. Standard shipping in the United States is FREE for all orders over $70; $5 on orders under $70. All standard shipping is done through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Rush United States delivery and Global delivery is done through FedEx.
Customs and Duties
Please note that all shipments to Canada and Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the customer’s responsibility; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
We aspire for 100% in-stock availability. If we are out of stock of a particular item where we are expecting further deliveries from manufacturers, you can still place an order. Usually reorders from manufacturers take about two to three weeks, however, it can be longer as we are dependent on the manufacturer to deliver on time. On the rare occasions that the wait time is going to be longer, you will be emailed with the option of continuing to wait or canceling the order.
Occasionally, our manufacturers sometimes discontinue lines or colors when they have promised that they would not. We have not control over this but we will let you know if we are no longer able to fulfill your order.
However, at Love Knot Intimates under all circumstances, your credit card will not be charged until your goods are shipped.
Love Knot Intimates offers a 100% guarantee on most items that if you’re in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund provided that you return them to us unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact within 30 days.
In accordance with federal and state health code regulations, we do not accept returns or exchange panties, bikinis, g-strings, thongs, or similar intimate items so please select these items with care.
Returns on hosiery cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened.
Certain other products are also excluded from our general return policy for hygiene reasons – this will be indicated within the product description for these items on our website.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL HOSIERY, WAIST CINCHERS, OR PANTIES ARE A FINAL SALE NO EXCEPTIONS.
Our normal returns period is 30 days from when you receive the goods. However during the Holidays and Valentine's – from November 10th to February 14th - this returns period is extended to a rolling 45 days to allow for unwanted or ill-fitting gifts. Please note that Gift Box or Postage charges will not be refunded in the case of a return.
We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will process your refund or replacement as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive and process your return. We will let you know via email that we received the return and how we are processing the refund or give you timing on when the replacement will ship.
If you requested a refund or replacement of a lower value than the returned goods, a credit back to the card used to pay for the original order will take place. We will let you know via email when the credit will be processed. Please note that it can take up to two billing cycles for you to see the credit on your credit card.
If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the credit card that was used on the original order.
Gift box or shipping charges will not be refunded in the case of a return.
For late returns or exchanges, we reserve the right to accept or refuse the item. If accepted, a $10 or a 20% restocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund.
Final Sale Items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Return of Faulty Goods
If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the item to us with a note explaining what you believe the problem to be. Once we receive the faulty item we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree on the most appropriate resolution.
Return of Gift Items
You can return the goods via the return guidelines mentioned above and are included in your packing slip. However, please be aware that as part of the returns process, the purchaser or the goods will be notified by email of any returns, refunds, or replacements. Unfortunately, we cannot prevent this from happening as it is part of our automated system.
Please note that any refund can only be issued to the card originally used to pay for the goods.
Important notes regarding Returns
1.Please make sure that all tags and packaging are intact, and then the items are packaged to protect their shape.
2.By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
3.We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your items. These can leave marks or scents, which may cause the item to be non-returnable.
4.We also ask that due to the delicate molded structure of bra cups that you return items in a protective box to ensure full credit.
5.We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet the above conditions.
6. All sale items are a final sale. No exceptions.
For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise.
For an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. If you request a replacement item there is no charge to ship the item to you. However, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of the additional items and shipping charges.
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
